AUT Hospitality ranked 45th in the World
AUT's School of Hospitality and Tourism has been ranked within the top 50 in the world, according to the QS World University Rankings by Subject.

Students studying Hospitality, Tourism, Events and Culinary Arts at Auckland University of Technology (AUT) are completing their degrees in a school that is ranked 45th in the world in the QS World University Rankings by Subject.

A further 10 AUT subjects have been recognised as world ranking in this global evaluation of more than 4,400 Universities.

Sports subjects offered at the AUT Millennium specialist centre are ranked in the global top 100, along with Art and Design.

Other globally ranked subjects:

Top 150: Accounting and Finance
Top 250: Linguistics
Top 300: Computer Science & Information Systems; Business and Management Studies; Law; Education
Top 400: Electrical and Electronic Engineering; Economics and Econometrics

“AUT now has 11 globally ranked subjects, another indication for our students that they are part of a world-class learning environment,” said Assistant Vice-Chancellor Students, Strategy and Marketing, Jenny Bygrave.
