The School of Art and Design and the AUT alumni team hosted a spectacular evening for alumni and industry, as part of the opening for the annual Art and Design Festival ‘AD19’. Guests had the opportunity to network, link in with the school, and hear from the Vice-Chancellor Derek McCormack, Head of School Andrew Withell, and inspirational alumni speaker Zoe Ikin - Design Director, Alt Group. The inaugural event celebrated the success of our alumni and enabled them to connect with each other, industry and the university.
The festival showcased creative works from students across all disciplines - visual arts, fashion, textile, digital, industrial, spatial, and communication design.
