AI workshop series in June and July

AUT is working with NewZealand.ai to host a series of practical AI workshops throughout June and July. The workshops will help business leaders learn how artificial intelligence can increase productivity and customer experience.

These workshops are designed for managers, marketers, product developers, innovation teams, communications and brand teams – or anyone who manages datasets or is invested in customer experiences, business intelligence and decision-making capability. The sessions will appeal to technical and non-technical people alike.

Workshops dates and topics

Friday 1 June: Data Wrangling

How to unlock the known and dark data sets within your organisation. Find out how to tap into ideas, opportunities and insights you never knew you had or thought too difficult to expose and use them to your competitive advantage.

Friday 15 June: Conversational Interfaces / Chatbots

This session will give you the capability to design and create text and voice activated conversational interfaces like chatbots and automation engines that nurture trust and confidence.

Friday 13 July: Re-Imagine Customer Experience

We'll inspire you to reimagine how you create experiences for internal and external customers through design-thinking, understanding your data sets and connected technologies.

Friday 27 July: Capability and Strategy

Once you have identified a business problem or a new experience to create you'll need to develop capability through internal collaborations or external partnerships. We'll help you devise a plan.
